Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Director/Product R&D Director to lead our research and development efforts in high-power server products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electronic engineering, communication, or automation, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering innovative hardware solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Strategy:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff in the research and development of high-power server products.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for product development, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
2. Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance in hardware circuit design, component selection, and debugging processes.
- Proficiently develop ARM, DSP, FPGA, MCU, and other embedded hardware systems.
3. Product Development:
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to production.
- Drive innovation in embedded UI frameworks such as LVGL, QT, miniGUI, touchgfx, and ensure successful product launches.
4. Technology Integration:
- Ensure deep understanding and application of Linux/RTOS architectures, operational mechanisms, and equipment driving principles.
- Integrate advanced technologies and standards into product designs to maintain competitive advantage.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging communication and effective coordination among team members.
- Mentor and develop technical talent within the team, fostering professional growth and skill enhancement.
How you will stand out:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Communication, Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated experience in team leadership.
- Strong proficiency in hardware circuit design, component selection, and debugging.
- Expertise in ARM, DSP, FPGA, MCU, and other embedded hardware systems development.
- Familiarity with embedded UI frameworks (LVGL, QT, miniGUI, touchgfx) and successful product launches.
- In-depth knowledge of Linux/RTOS architectures, operational mechanisms, and equipment driving principles.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams.
- Experience with advanced technology integration and EDA tools/methodologies.
