Technical Director, Architecture & Planning
Basic Salary upto $18,000
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Architecture & Planning division, ensuring successful project delivery and operational excellence.
- Oversee architectural design, project management, and multidisciplinary coordination for building projects.
- Drive business development activities and secure new project opportunities.
- Manage project resources, budgets, risks, and financial performance.
- Provide technical leadership, quality assurance, and mentorship to architectural teams.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural consultancy and project management.
- Strong leadership, business development, and client management skills.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects and teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
