We are seeking technically proficient interns to lead development of internal tools, automation systems, and infrastructure while supporting our Agile/Scrum processes. This role combines full-stack development with DevOps practices.
Technical Development & Automa
- Develop and maintain custom Jira workflows, automation rules, and dashboards
- Build internal sprint planning tools, velocity tracking applications, and reporting systems
- Create API integrations between product management and development systems
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for development and testing environments
- Design automated testing frameworks and quality assurance tools
- Manage development environment setup, monitoring, and infrastructure
Scrum & Process Support
- Lead technical aspects of sprint planning, estimation, and capacity planning
- Conduct sprint demos and technical presentations
- Facilitate technical sprint ceremonies and provide development status updates
- Monitor system performance, deployment success rates, and technical debt
- Support sprint validation and code quality review processes
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Bridge communication between product and technical teams
- Document technical requirements, system architecture, and processes
- Support QA processes and maintain development standards
- Provide technical troubleshooting and infrastructure support
