Project Description:
- We are looking for a motivated and experienced Delivery Manager with deep expertise in building Python / Pyspark data engineering solutions for a critical Trade Surveillance project built on Q KDB and Python / Pyspark
Responsibilities:
- - Mentor & guide Python developers & automation engineers in building world class products
- - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers
- - Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineers
- - Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the plan
- - RAID management of project
- - Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery quality
Mandatory Skills Description:
- - 10+ years of expertise as a python developer or architect
- - Strong people and stakeholder management experience
- - Proven ability to build Gen AI utilities and agents
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
- • Experience to trade surveillance or any other Banking / Compliance domains
