Overall 10-15 years of experience, with at least 2+ years in technical delivery, preferably within payments, banking, or financial services.
Experience in payment rails and clearing systems such as RTGS (Real-Time Gross Settlement), MEPS+, Telegraphic Transfers (TT), Cross-border payments (e.g., SWIFT, correspondent banking)
Knowledge of payment message formats and standards such as ISO 20022 (pain, pacs, camt), SWIFT MT series
Hands-on experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, Deployment workflows, Tools and platforms such as Kubernetes, Kafka, Git, and JIRA
Experience partnering with architecture, development, testing, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
Experience working with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support scalable, reliable, and secure application delivery.
Proven results-oriented professional with a strong focus on delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
Exposure to digital assets and emerging technologies such as Tokenized assets / tokenized deposits , Stablecoins, Wallets built using DLT / Blockchain technologies is highly preferred.
