Technical Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Cards and Payments initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end Cards migration projects involving Cardlink, VisionPLUS, and Loyalty & Rewards platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to define migration strategies and solution designs.
• Analyze existing mainframe applications developed in COBOL/CICS and identify migration impacts.
• Support integration between Cards systems, Cards APIs, third-party applications, and backend services.
• Work with development teams using Java, Oracle Database, and SQL to validate business requirements.
• Perform data mapping, data reconciliation, and migration validation during Cards migration projects.
• Coordinate implementation of 3D Secure solutions such as 2C2P and Arcot to enhance payment authentication.
• Support Loyalty & Rewards platform enhancements, including One Empower and related customer reward programs.
• Prepare BRD, FRS, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Manage user stories, defects, and project documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability and compliance with banking standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Cards solutions within project timelines.
