Technical Delivery Manager (Infra/ Application Support)

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring stable application environments, supporting releases, and collaborating closely with internal infrastructure, security, and development teams. This role requires strong hands-on technical skills combined with excellent stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support application and environment delivery across Linux-based platforms
• Work closely with internal banking teams (e.g., GIPS, infrastructure, security, DevOps)
• Oversee environment readiness, deployments, and release coordination
• Provide L2/L3 application support and ensure system stability
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to improve CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and banking standards
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 35 years of hands-on experience working on Linux platforms (RHEL preferred) in an application development or support role

- Strong experience with Infrastructure technologies:

• Linux
• Databases: Oracle, MariaDB
• DevOps & Automation tools:
• Jenkins
• SonarQube
• Veracode
• TOSCA
• Shell scripting
• Good knowledge of API technologies:
• RESTful APIs
• JWT
• Swagger / OpenAPI

- Strong understanding of application lifecycle, deployments, and environment management
