Lead and participate in end-to-end application delivery projects, from requirements analysis through design, development, testing, and production deployment
Collaborate closely with Architects, Security, Development, and Infrastructure teams to ensure solution designs comply with enterprise architecture, security, and control standards
Liaise with application teams across regions to drive enhancements in line with approved technical solution plans
Translate business and user requirements into technical designs, system documentation, and delivery plans, capturing key design decisions
Plan and manage technical deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and resources to meet project objectives
Perform data mapping and process mapping with interfacing applications and systems
Proactively track risks and issues, escalating delivery impacts and proposing practical workarounds or resolutions
Produce and maintain high-quality technical and project documentation
Oversee testing activities in partnership with Test Management teams, including SIT, UAT, performance/load testing, and security testing
Coordinate with business users and application teams to prepare test cases and test data
Manage change requests, release planning, and deployment schedules
Provide technical support before and after production deployment, working closely with production support teams
Conduct or support root cause analysis, code reviews, and quality assurance activities
Manage external vendors and ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and budget
Work effectively with stakeholders across IT and Business functions
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong sense of ownership and urgency, with the ability to drive deliverables, track timelines, and ensure accountability
10+ years of experience in project delivery, including Project Management, Application Management, Risk & Issue Management, Change Management, and Resource Management
10+ years of experience in application architecture, system integration, software design, and development
8+ years of experience managing production support, incident, and problem management
Solid technical knowledge of networking, firewalls, data migration, encryption, SSO integration, and disaster recovery planning/testing
Ability to multitask and manage complex, information-heavy initiatives
Highly driven, proactive, and a strong team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
