The Delivery Manager Bancassurance will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end delivery across multiple cross-functional teams within the insurance domain. This role demands strong expertise across the insurance value chain, combined with proven delivery leadership and the ability to manage large-scale Agile programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end delivery across all initiatives, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Implement Agile/Hybrid methodologies to enable efficient and predictable delivery.
- Establish strong delivery governance, including regular reviews, status reporting, risk and issue management, and capacity planning.
- Serve as a domain expert across the end-to-end insurance lifecycle & provide strategic domain guidance to Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and engineering teams to ensure business alignment and solution accuracy.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across teams to ensure consistency in delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including business leaders, engineering heads, bancassurance partners, and external vendors.
- Lead governance forums such as steering committees, product demonstrations, and roadmap discussions.
- Ensure transparent and proactive communication on delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Oversee testing strategies, UAT readiness, release governance, and post-production stability.
Job Requirements:
- Over 15 years of experience in Insurance Delivery Management, with strong exposure to the bancassurance domain.
- Deep understanding of the insurance value chain and regulatory landscape.
- Proven experience managing large-scale Agile programs with a strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, frontend/backend technologies, and cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with delivery and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Confluence.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams in complex delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
