Participate in end-to-end projects for system implementation of KYC and AI-related system integrations with AML systems
Lead pre-project planning activities for technical delivery, including architecture and functional specifications, delivery plans, technical design, cost estimation, and resource planning
Communicate complex technical solutions to internal technology teams and business stakeholders in clear, layman-friendly terms
Coordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to ensure smooth production cutover and proper post-implementation support
Collaborate with Architects, Security, and Development Leads to ensure solution design aligns with enterprise architecture principles, security policies, and control standards
Plan technical deliverables and execute design and development tasks to meet project schedules
Provide timely status updates related to technical delivery; escalate risks or issues that could affect timelines and propose feasible resolutions
Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all solutions delivered
Work with production support teams to conduct root cause analysis, review code, and perform unit testing
Partner with Test Management teams to ensure completion of SIT, UAT, performance/load testing, and application security testing
Liaise with application teams and business users to prepare test cases and test data for UAT and mock runs
Manage project change requests, approval windows, and deployment schedules
Facilitate and provide technical and testing support pre- and post-production deployment
Coordinate and collaborate with various IT and Business units across the organization
Manage external vendors to ensure timely project delivery
Key Requirements
Must Have
More than 12 years of experience in the IT industry
Over 8 years of experience in technical project management
At least 8 years of hands-on experience with Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle, and Java
Minimum 8 years of experience in system and software design, including UI/UX design
Strong ability to multitask and manage large datasets
Highly driven, proactive, and effective team player
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English
Good to Have
Experience implementing or managing AI/ML-related projects
Knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem and technologies
Experience with NoSQL databases or Big Data platforms
Familiarity with Control-M, Git, Jenkins, and JIRA
