The Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for orchestrating endtoend delivery, testing, and deployment across a multiproject banking and payments portfolio, overseeing crossregional teams and vendors to ensure seamless production releases, risk mitigation, and operational stability for missioncritical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and execution of a multiproject banking and payments portfolio, ensuring seamless integration, testing, deployment, and production readiness across regional teams.
- Drive endtoend planning, release management, and deployment activities, including detailed runbooks, stepbystep dependency tracking, SOD checks, validation cycles, and cutover execution.
- Oversee vendor delivery performance, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations are met proactively identify and mitigate risks and delays.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to gather requirements, align technical specifications, and coordinate implementation across multiple workstreams.
- Lead design reviews, solution discussions, and project governance routines to ensure resilient, scalable, and compliant delivery across all projects and release cycles.
- Manage and resolve projectrelated technical and delivery issues, escalating and driving corrective actions with both onshore and offshore teams.
- Coordinate endtoend testing cycles (CIT/SIT/UAT/live verification) across multiple projects, ensuring environments, data, and dependencies are aligned for timely execution.
- Oversee production migration, postdeployment checks, and stabilization efforts, ensuring successful golive and smooth handover to operations.
- Shape and improve the production project portfolio, streamlining processes, clarifying ownership, and implementing bestpractice delivery frameworks.
- Prepare and maintain structured project documentation, including deployment plans, project updates, risk registers, stakeholder decks, and golive strategies.
- Support knowledge sharing and crossteam alignment, ensuring offshore technical teams and onshore PMs remain up to date on processes, requirements, and delivery standards.
- Partner with financial/payments SMEs to validate requirements and ensure domain compliance, especially for Indonesia market-specific project considerations.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 10-15 years in technology project or delivery management, preferably within banking, financial services, or payments environments.
- Proven delivery track record leading multiproject technology portfolios, including complex vendordriven implementations and multicountry stakeholder coordination.
- Strong understanding of enterprise delivery frameworks, SDLC, Agile practices, release management cycles, and production deployment governance.
- Familiarity with application deployment, infrastructure readiness, and environment coordination across testing cycles (CIT/SIT/UAT/Prod).
- Experience managing crossfunctional teams, including offshore engineering, QA, and vendor resources, with demonstrated ability to foresee and mitigate delivery risks.
- Working knowledge of payments or core banking platforms, integration patterns, and transaction processing flows (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong proficiency in risk/issue management, dependency tracking, and structured communication to senior stakeholders.
- Experience supporting or executing weekend releases, cutover plans, validation steps, SOD checks, and postgolive stabilization.
