Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused Technical Consultant (Pre-Sales) to bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will partner closely with the Sales team to drive opportunities, deliver compelling solution presentations, and position cutting-edge IT security technologies to win deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to identify customer needs and propose tailored IT security solutions
- Lead pre-sales activities including solution design, technical proposals, and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs)
- Deliver impactful presentations, product demos, and technical workshops to customers
- Act as a trusted advisor, articulating technical value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Provide post-sales support to ensure successful solution deployment and customer satisfaction
- Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to strengthen solution positioning
- Support business growth by contributing technical insights to sales strategies
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or IT security role
- Strong knowledge of network security, including firewalls, IPS, and security architecture
- Solid understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP, and networking fundamentals
