Role Overview -

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant & Solution Architect to lead the architecture, integration, and deployment of our enterprise Sales CRM solution. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical architecture and strategic business outcomes. You will own the technical design of our CRM ecosystem specifically integrating AI-driven insights and agentic workflows to ensure it empowers our Sales and Revenue Operations teams to master forecasting, go-to-market execution, and end-to-end account management.

You will act as the primary technical partner for our Sales and Product Management teams, ensuring our CRM is not just a database, but an intelligent, autonomous partner that drives customer success and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Integration Strategy: Build and maintain sophisticated integration patterns between the CRM and legacy applications, ensuring low-latency data flow between the CRM, and external data sources
  • GTM & RevOps Automation: Collaborate with Revenue Operations to architect AI-enhanced GTM workflows that automate manual administrative tasks, allowing Sales teams to focus on high-value interactions.
  • Technical Onboarding & AI Adoption: Lead the technical implementation and onboarding, specifically ensuring that Sales teams are technically enabled to interact with AI-driven CRM features effectively.
  • Agentic Workflow Design: Develop and orchestrate Agentic workflow, autonomous AI agents capable of performing complex sales tasks such as automated meeting summaries, dynamic email drafting, account research, and proactive pipeline cleanup.
  • Product Collaboration: Act as the technical liaison between Sales and Product Management, influencing the product roadmap by identifying opportunities where AI agents can solve persistent sales bottlenecks.
  • Data Governance & Lifecycle Management: Establish and enforce comprehensive data governance policies. Define standards for data quality, consistency, and classification to ensure that the AI models are trained and operating on high-fidelity, trusted datasets. 
  • Governance & AI Ethics: Establish frameworks for AI data privacy, ensuring that customer data used for AI training and agentic processing remains secure, compliant, and accurate.

Required Skills & Qualifications -

  • Experience: 3+ years in technical consulting and solution architecture, with a demonstrated focus on CRM systems and experience in implementing AI/ML solutions in a B2B business context.
  • Quantum Heaps & CRM Expertise: Strong understanding of Revenue Operations (RevOps) frameworks and B2B sales methodologies. Deep expertise in CRM platform architecture and data modeling.
  • AI & Agentic Proficiency: Proven experience deploying autonomous agents or AI orchestration tools (e.g., RAG architectures, or enterprise AI agents). Ability to evaluate AI model performance within a sales context and perform effective prompt engineering.
  • Data Governance & Security: Solid grasp of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, etc.) and their application in AI-integrated software. Experience implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), data loss prevention (DLP) strategies, and secure API management.
  • Integration Proficiency: Expertise in API-first design, middleware (MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, etc.), and managing complex data pipelines.
  • Strategic Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical/privacy/AI concepts into business-value conversations for Sales leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Growth Mindset: A proactive approach to modernizing technical depth to align with leadership experience, ensuring you stay at the forefront of AI-native CRM innovation and security standards.
