Technical Business Analyst

The Technical Business Analyst will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across the APAC region to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical and data specifications. This role will focus on translating commercial, clinical, and operational requirements into data models, dashboards, and analytics solutions that drive informed decision-making and improve operations across the business. The role will ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across multiple data sources, support data modeling, and automation initiatives, and provide analytical insights to support strategic decision-making, forecasting, and process improvement.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Business & Requirements Analysis

. Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical and data specifications

. Act as a liaison between business teams (commercial, clinical, marketing, operations) and IT/data teams

. Create reports / dashboard of KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards aligned with business objectives

Data Analytics & Dashboard Development

. Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI

. Develop executive-level, regional, and operational dashboards for sales, marketing, market access, and supply chain performance

. Ensure dashboards are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with data governance standards

Data Management & Validation

. Work with multiple data sources including CRM (e.g., Alpha AI, Salesforce), ERP, clinical, and external market data

. Validate data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across reports and dashboards

. Support data modeling, transformation, and automation in collaboration with data engineers

Commercial & Market Insights

. Perform market, pricing, and performance analyses to support strategic and commercial decisions

. Analyze trends in procedure volumes, product adoption, customer behavior, and competitive activity

. Support forecasting, scenario analysis, and business case development

Technical & Process Improvement

. Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve analytics workflows

. Support enhancements to BI platforms, data pipelines, and reporting infrastructure

. Document dashboards, data definitions, and technical processes for ongoing support

. Adhere to the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.

. Understand relevant security, privacy, and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.

. Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.

. Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

• Min Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science and Analytics, Life Sciences or related field with at least 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI (dashboard design, data visualization, performance optimization)
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• Experience in MedTech, medical devices, pharma, or healthcare analytics
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Snowflake)
• MBA, Master's degree, or relevant analytics certifications (Tableau, Power BI, Azure)
• Strong ability to translate business questions into technical analytics solutions
• Data storytelling and visualization best practices
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment
