Technical Business Analyst (ETL / SQL) l Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct process reviews and recommend technology-driven improvements to enhance business efficiency.
• Prepare functional documentation, including BRDs, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver business solutions.
• Support data integration, ETL, and data migration activities using SQL, SSIS, and related technologies.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance throughout data migration and transformation processes.
• Coordinate secure data exchanges between internal and external systems.
• Participate in SIT/UAT, defect management, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
• Support application modernization, system enhancements, and migration projects.
• Track project deliverables, prepare status reports, and support successful project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 3-7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Project Coordination roles.
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process mapping, and functional documentation.
• Working knowledge of SQL, SSIS, ETL processes, data integration, and data migration concepts.
• Experience supporting application implementation, system enhancement, or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with system integration, data governance, and secure file transfer technologies.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and production support activities.
• Knowledge of SonarQube or other code quality tools.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
