Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the reliability, integrity, and operational efficiency of digital platforms and systems. The role involves working closely with product, engineering, and operational teams to ensure smooth system operations, feature rollouts, and effective cross-team coordination.
The successful candidate will help analyze system processes, manage operational issues, document workflows, and support improvements across data and technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to support the rollout of new system features and enhancements.
- Coordinate operational processes including documentation, testing activities, and cross-team collaboration.
- Analyze and map data flows, system interactions, and user journeys to identify dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor and manage operational issues related to system records and data consistency.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and internal documentation to improve operational readiness.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between operational teams and technical teams to facilitate issue resolution and effective communication.
Skills & Requirements:-
- 35 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Product Operations Analyst, or in a similar systems-focused role.
- Experience working with data flows, backend processes, and SQL querying.
- Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear user journeys, operational processes, and risk assessments.
- Practical understanding of databases, APIs, and system architecture in supporting end-to-end digital platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team.
Preferred Skills:-
- Familiarity with SFTP processes and API integrations.
- Experience supporting or improving internal operational tools or dashboards.
- Exposure to data governance, digital identity systems, or large-scale digital platforms.
