Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist the business users and project stakeholders in defining the scope, benefits, and risks of proposed projects.
  • Drive and facilitate elicitation of customer requirements & user stories.
  • Understand, analyse and document customer business processes and workflows in relation to how they apply to current and future PWC software solutions.
  • Develop business requirements and functional specifications employing PWC standards and procedures so that these may be used by technical staff to write technical specifications or develop software.
  • The goal is to interpret the Business requirement so that software may be enhanced or developed to produce the results specified by the client.
  • The incumbent in this position is required to participate in conducting and/or supporting activities related to Application workshops during the implementation process.
  • Work with various business sponsors, departments, and business users within the client's organization to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met and managed
  • Bridge the gap between customer, product team & delivery team.
  • Analyse the impact of change requests on existing software solutions and offer feasible solutions taking the risks, resources, budget, and schedule into consideration.
  • Provide timely updates to project/team leaders and keep management and leadership apprised of any risks and issues related to the area(s) of responsibility for work.
  • Collaborate and interact with peers at the Business and Technical analyst levels.


  • Bachelor's Degree related to Computer Science or Business
  • An understanding of the technical components of the product is preferred.
  • Previous experience in banking software implementation is an advantage.
