Our client is looking for a Technical Business Analyst with strong background in Asset Management to join the data product delivery team. You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of a Finance Data Mart. This is a contract role based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to financial reporting and data processes
- Analyse existing business processes and identify data and reporting needs to support decision-making
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for delivery teams
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including business users, developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure shared understanding of requirements
- Support workshops, meetings, and regular stakeholder engagement throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Validate delivered solutions through testing activities to ensure alignment with business requirements and data quality standards
- Develop and maintain clear documentation including business requirements, technical specifications, process flows, and data models
- Support the successful delivery of data-centric solutions aligned with business and finance objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst within a finance or data-driven environment
- Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting concepts
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical or data-focused specifications
- Experience working on data mart, data warehouse, or similar analytics initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams
