1. Min 2 yrs experience in handling building authority submissions.
2. Familiar with submission portal (Corenet 2.0). Knowledge or prior experience in Corenet X is a plus
3. Knowledge of authority requirements from various departments, such as URA, BCA, LTA, NParks, NEA, and PUB.
4. Communicate and liaise with project handler, authority officer and other stakeholders to follow up and resolve authority comments and written directions
5. Manage and maintain project status and project timeline to ensure delivery of the project as scheduled.
6. Fast learner, team player, and strong in communication.
7. Proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge or prior experience in Autodesk Revit is a plus
