Minimum 2 years of experience in a bunker trading company or marine fuels environment, with exposure to claims handling, operations support, or vendor documentation
Strong attention to detail with a clear and methodical approach to document control
Proficient in written communication and confident in drafting structured, professional emails
Familiarity with marine fuel specifications (ISO 8217), MARPOL Annex VI, and commercial terms (e.g., BIMCO, supplier GTCs) is advantageous
Comfortable working in digital environments, including CRM systems, shared drives, and collaborative platforms.
