Position: Technical Architect
Work Location: Singapore
Job Type: Permanent / Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of experience in development, business, and functional analysis.
- Conduct detailed analysis of retail banking systems (Cards, Loans, Collections, Debt Restructuring, Rewards, Insurance, Investments).
- Prepare and manage BRDs, FSDs, perform Gap Analysis, and support data mapping/profiling with SQL & Oracle.
- Drive product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and backlog grooming.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams and manage stakeholder communications.
- Support UAT, QA, bug triaging, and compliance/audit requirements.
Skillsets:
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, User Story creation, Jira, Confluence, Figma.
- Technical knowledge: SQL, Oracle, JavaScript, APIs, Web3, Blockchain, Data Profiling.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in banking.
- Familiar with automation tools (OCR, RPA) for process transformation.
