• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Prepare and maintain requirement documents, process flows, and system design documentation.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend suitable system solutions.
• Design and document system workflows, data mappings, integration interfaces, and API requirements.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Agile and SDLC activities including planning, requirement reviews, and change management.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and support SIT/UAT activities.
• Investigate defects, coordinate issue resolution, and support production releases.
• Ensure system documentation is updated and aligned with governance and compliance standards.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, Microservices architecture, and API integration concepts.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and system integration.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge.
• Familiarity with system design, data mapping, and workflow analysis.
• Experience with project collaboration and documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of API security concepts and integration best practices.
• Experience with enterprise application architecture and domain-driven design principles.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern application development practices.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working with enterprise applications, system integrations, and software delivery projects.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
