ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct technical and Quality Management System (QMS) audits and investigations in accordance with client's requirements and specifications.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma in any Engineering related discipline.
- Certified auditor with IRCA.
- Knowledge of the following manufacturing process will be an advantage:
- Machining
- Heat Treatment
- Welding
- Coating
- Non-Destructive Examination (NDE)
- Technical knowledge to identify and comprehend in areas such as:
- Design (dimensional requirements)
- Performance/ testing requirements
- Material requirements
- Marking requirements
- Packing / Shipping requirements
- Knowledge of API Spec Q1, API Spec Q2, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 (latest editions) Management System Standards.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in technical and quality.
- Minimum 4 years of experience performing QMS audits (second / third party) in the oil and gas industry.
- Minimum 7 years of technical experience in manufacture of equipment, inspection or other related activities within the oil and gas industry.
- Past documented performance history performing audits and / or other technically related services.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Fluent in own mother tongue.
- Dynamic and confident personality.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Willing to travel overseas (70-90%).
