- Develop the conceptual framework of construction projects and manage scheduling and coordination across multiple trades and sub-contractors.
- Plan, lead, and monitor project progress, including manpower planning, construction progress tracking, master schedule preparation, and cost control.
- Ensure cost management within approved budgets by controlling materials, manpower, and machinery expenses for ongoing and new projects.
- Address delays or emergencies at construction sites by issuing timely instructions and maintaining effective project standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and authorities, to resolve site issues, ensure compliance, and achieve smooth project completion.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in the Construction industry (Building/Factory/Structure/Finishing).
- Able to work weekends, night shift and PH when needed.
