We are supporting a well-established, high-growth technology company in their search for an experienced Technical Accounting Manager / Senior Manager to join their regional finance organization. This role is critical, with upcoming year-end reporting and temporary capacity gaps within the team.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support technical accounting matters, including complex transactions, new standards, and accounting memos.
• Drive consolidation and financial reporting activities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submissions.
• Partner closely with regional finance leaders on SEC reporting requirements, internal controls, and accounting governance.
• Provide hands-on support during a peak period, working alongside senior stakeholders across Finance.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong technical accounting expertise (Big 4 background preferred).
• Proven experience in US GAAP, IFRS, and complex accounting assessments.
• Prior exposure to SEC reporting and IFRS F-20 is a strong advantage.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Available to support on a 6 months contract/interim basis.

Contract Details:

• Immediate start preferred.
• Senior-level engagement.
• Must be comfortable with working onsite (flexible working hours)
