Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Asset Management
  • Maintain and update Technology Group's asset register.
  • Plan and carry out asset verification activities.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for asset registration, transfers, disposals, and write-offs.
  • Drive asset capitalisation at the appropriate stage of the asset lifecycle.
  • Conduct stock-takes and inspections for assets.
  • Carry out control and review activities for assets.

  • Finance Operations
  • Oversee the timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.
  • Submit billings for receivables as required by Divisions.
  • Support financial year-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with the Finance department and auditors during year-end audit processes.

  • Budgeting & Financial Planning
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Monitor budget performance and prepare management reports.

  • Compliance & Controls
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors.

  • Office Management
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Oversee facilities and space management.

  • Change Management & Transformation
  • Support and drive organisational transformation initiatives.
  • Identify digital transformation opportunities and drive automation.
  • Design eDMs to deliver communications.
  • Develop training and capability-building programmes.

Required Skills

  • At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience across finance and office administration functions.
  • Experience in asset management and AP/AR.
  • Experience in finance data analysis and visualisation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, AI tools, and Canva.
  • Strong organisational skills, versatility, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior office management experience.
  • Experience in automation, business transformation, process re-engineering, and change management.
  • Familiarity with Workday and AMS systems.
