Job Description

An exciting opportunity to work with a leading Technology solutions provider as their Tech Sales- Hardware/ Infrastructure.

A leading IT infrastructure and networking solutions provider is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to support the growth of its enterprise networking business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales activities, customer engagement, and solution positioning for enterprise switching and wireless networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across SMB, Enterprise, Education, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors
  • Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users, system integrator, and channel partners
  • Conduct regular customer visits and business development activities

    Pre-Sales & Solution Support
  • Understand customer networking requirements and recommend suitable switching and wireless solutions
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and solution briefings to customers and partners
  • Assist customers with BOQ preparation, solution sizing, and basic network design recommendations
  • Coordinate with internal pre-sales and technical teams for complex solution designs and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)

    Technical Requirements
  • Good understanding of enterprise switches and wireless access points (Wi-Fi)
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals including:

    • VLANs
    • TCP/IP
    • DHCP
    • LAN/WAN
    • Familiarity with Wi-Fi standards such as 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax
    • Experience working with at least one major networking OEM such as Cisco, Aruba, Ruijie, Ruckus, Juniper, Ubiquiti, or Extreme Networks

    Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience in B2B field sales, networking solutions, or IT infrastructure sales
  • Networking certifications such as CCNA, Aruba Certifications, or CWNA will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales target
