Tech Refresh Engineer

Perform laptop/desktop refresh activities including setup, configuration, and deployment

Execute user data, profile, and settings migration with minimal supervision

Install and configure operating systems, applications, and security tools

Troubleshoot common EUC issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity

Follow IT security, asset management, and documentation standards

Communicate effectively with end users and stakeholders during refresh activities

Work independently and as part of a project team across multiple sites
