Tech Refresh Engineer [Contract]

Job Description

• Ensure smooth operations at site
• Device deployment and set up including data migration, cloning, imaging
• Ensure all systems are patched, secured, and ready for use upon handover
• Sanitization of devices according to policies
• Maintain accurate records of all asset movements
• Ensure data confidentiality and secure handling of equipment
• Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems
• Ad hoc tasks

Requirement

• Prior experience in Tech Refresh work
• Positive attitude
• Able to work in a team as well as independently
