Tech Refresh (Contract) - PSSKR002

Responsibilities:

• Perform onsite PC/laptop refresh, deployment, andreplacement activities across healthcare sites
• Support data backup, migration, and restoration for endusers
• Install, configure, and set up operating systems, software,and business applications
• Ensure all devices comply with IT standards, securitypolicies, and configuration guidelines
• Provide basic troubleshooting during migration andpost-deployment support
• Coordinate with end users to schedule device replacement andminimize operational impact
• Maintain accurate documentation of asset movement, deployment records, and completion status
• Escalate technical issues to relevant support teams when required

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in IT / Computer Studies or related field
• Minimum 6 months of relevant working experience in IT support, desktop support, or tech refresh / deployment projects
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware setup, and networking fundamentals
• Comfortable working onsite in a healthcare environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable to work 5.5 days per week with normal working hours.
