Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tech Recruitment Consultant to support end-to-end hiring for technology roles across software engineering, product, data, and infrastructure functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical talent acquisition, a solid understanding of tech ecosystems, and the ability to engage with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and candidates across regional and global markets. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in an environment with ambiguity and limited resources, and who can operate independently while driving results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles (engineering, product, data, DevOps, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active tech talent across regional and global markets
  • Conduct structured candidate assessments and ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring benchmarks

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tech recruitment, ideally within agency, RPO, or in-house environments
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles such as software engineers, backend/frontend developers, DevOps, data engineers, or product managers
  • Strong understanding of technology stacks and ability to effectively assess technical skill sets at a high level
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required, with ability to engage Chinese-speaking candidates and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with limited structure, resources, or defined processes, and able to independently create clarity and drive execution
  • Experience working in fast-paced, international, or cross-border hiring environments is preferred

This role is 100% on site in the office.
