We are seeking high‑caliber Technology Headhunter across various levels of seniority to join our Hong Kong platform. This is a true 360° role designed for individuals who are commercially driven, execution‑focused, and motivated to build and scale their own desk.

The Role

As a Technology Headhunter, you will operate as a market specialist, owning your desk end‑to‑end. You will be responsible for developing client relationships, originating mandates, and delivering top‑tier technology talent across permanent and/or contract mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full 360° recruitment desk within technology across financial services, fintech, or related sectors
• Proactively develop new business opportunities while expanding and deepening existing client relationships
• Headhunt, assess, and place mid‑ to senior‑level technology professionals
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring strategies, market insights, and compensation trends
• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing through to offer management and placement
• Build a strong personal brand through networking, referrals, and market engagement
• Consistently deliver against revenue targets and key performance metrics
