Job Title: Technical Project Manager – ServiceNow

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 5–8 years of experience in managing ServiceNow projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in application monitoring, observability, stakeholder management, project planning, risk management, and end-to-end project delivery. Strong coordination with cross-functional teams and ensuring application health, performance, and operational excellence are key responsibilities.

Note: This role is not suitable for Application Implementation Managers. Candidates must have proven experience managing ServiceNow projects with a strong focus on monitoring, observability, and technical project governance.
