Responsibilities:
- Lead APAC RFT participation in regulatory exams, internal and external audits, surveys, and targeted assessments
- Own and drive the identification, escalation, and remediation of risk and control issues, including:
- Self-Identified Audit Issues
- Risk Acceptances
- Extended Remediation Plans
- Application vulnerability and control remediation
- Manage audit and exam engagements end-to-end, ensuring adherence to governance standards, protocols, timelines, and quality expectations
- Oversee regulatory and risk assessments, including ongoing and ad-hoc regulatory requests; ensure data accuracy, governance, and timely submissions
- Act as the primary regional point of contact for risk and controls across Finance, Technology, Compliance, Information Security, Audit, and global stakeholders
- Provide clear, concise reporting and senior-level communication on risk themes, status, and emerging issues
- Promote and embed a strong risk and controls culture across the organization
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Technology Risk, Compliance, Internal Controls, Audit, or a Regulatory-related role
- Proven ability to identify risk issues and drive control improvements to closure
- Strong understanding of complex regulatory and risk environments, with the ability to anticipate risks and synthesize key insights
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and execution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving, follow-up, and prioritization abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and complex environment
- Experience supporting Finance Technology or enterprise technology environments
- Demonstrated leadership in audit and regulatory exam management, including performance, coordination, and reporting
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and drive sustainable outcomes
- Demonstrated commitment to acting as a champion of risk and control excellence
