We are seeking a seasoned Tech Lead to join our dynamic team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading software development teams and driving the implementation of innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the development of innovative technology solutions.
• Design, architect, and implement scalable software systems and applications.
• Collaborate with product management to define and prioritize product features and roadmap.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews and continuous integration processes.
• Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making within the team and across departments.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in software development and team leadership.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, AI or Google Cloud Platform.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex software architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
