Tech FP&A Specialist

Purpose: Support Tech department financial planning, budgeting, expense analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with Heads of Function to create and monitor annual BAU budgets.
• Expense Management: Track spend against approved budgets, identify cost savings, and manage invoice/PO approvals.
• Reporting & Analysis: Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. budget) and deliver data-backed insights to management.
• Compliance & Operations: Ensure adherence to tax, procurement, and accounting policies.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with internal tech leadership, finance teams, and external vendors/auditors.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in FP&A or finance.
• Education: Degree/Diploma in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Technical: Intermediate MS Excel (pivots, formulas); Power BI is a plus.
• Key Skills: Strong numerical/dataset analysis, proactive mindset, and clear executive communication.
