Job Description
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Tech Ecosystem Growth Manager to support high-growth digital technology startups through strategic sourcing, due diligence, and ecosystem partnership development. This role requires a confident stakeholder manager who can assess emerging technologies, engage senior founders and investors, and contribute to long-term ecosystem growth through structured evaluation, strategic collaboration, and market expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and manage a strong startup pipeline through networks, platforms, industry events, accelerators, and strategic partners
- Conduct market scanning and sector research across emerging technologies (e.g. AI, infrastructure tech, cybersecurity, digital platforms)
- Assess business models and commercial viability, including market size, competitive landscape, unit economics, revenue models, and cost structures
- Lead structured due diligence including commercial analysis, data room reviews, and coordination with technical and financial stakeholders
- Prepare high-quality investment and evaluation materials, including memos, presentation decks, and assessment reports
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships with founders, executives, investors, and ecosystem partners to strengthen deal flow and market access
- Plan and lead overseas engagements with international partners and technology companies to build cross-border opportunities
- Support leadership reporting and planning, including performance tracking and strategic updates to senior management
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 58 years of experience across technology consulting, venture, startup operations, audit, ICT sales/pre-sales, or strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of frontier technologies such as AI, Generative AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure platforms, or enterprise SaaS
- Experience in commercial evaluation, consulting, investment analysis, or partner ecosystems is highly preferred
- High level of commercial acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage founders and senior executives
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-moving, evolving environments
