Work Location: Changi Business Park
Salary range: up to $4500 (company do not provide bonus)
Core Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate meetings to gather insights and ensure alignment between business and technical teams
- Solution Design Support: Work with technical teams to evaluate solution options and ensure proposed designs meet business objectives
- API Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed API documentation to support integration and development efforts
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test cases, coordinating testing activities, and validating that solutions meet requirements
- Data Analysis: Leverage SQL to extract, analyse, and interpret data to support decision-making and validate requirements
- Change Management: Assist in managing requirement changes and assessing their impact on project scope, timeline, and resources
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery
What we are looking for:
- Locals (Need to clear client security clearance and pre-employment check)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, technical analysis, or a related role
- Technical Foundation: Strong foundational knowledge in Java (no need coding) and SQL
- API Expertise: Experience in utilizing and developing API documentation
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Analytical Thinking: Strong aptitude for grasping complex ideas and translating them into practical solutions
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyse root causes, and propose effective solutions
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Scrum or other Agile frameworks
- API Testing: Hands-on experience with API testing tools and methodologies
