Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence route them to appropriate team members.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense claims for team members.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents, records, and reports.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including booking venues, arranging refreshments, and preparing agendas/minutes.
- Assist in tracking deadlines, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Liaise with other departments, clients, and external partners as needed.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the team has the necessary resources.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the team or management.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
