Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations of Private Equity fund teams
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and deliverables across regional teams
Maintain fund data, documentation, and shared repositories
Track budgets, invoices, vendor contracts, and fund-related records
Support onboarding, offboarding, and team administration
Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates
Ensure compliance with internal governance and audit requirements
Mandatory Requirements
Experience working with Private Equity funds
Experience using Fund Management systems (eFront, Investran, Allvue, Geneva, etc.)
Other Requirements
2-3 years of experience in fund operations, team coordination, or project support
Experience working with offshore or regional teams
Strong organisation, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
