We are looking for a Team Leader, Shophouse to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the F&B Manager in the day‑to‑day operations of Shophouse
  • Lead and supervise the service team during shifts to ensure smooth operations and consistent service standards
  • Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized guest service in line with Shangri‑La brand values
  • Maintain strong knowledge of food, beverage, menu items, and service procedures
  • Ensure hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards are consistently upheld
  • Assist in onboarding, training, and coaching team members to enhance service performance
  • Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and readiness for service
  • Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally and promptly
  • Conduct regular checks on outlet cleanliness, set‑up, and mise‑en‑place
  • Support administrative duties, shift handovers, and special tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of Food & Beverage service experience
  • Strong passion for guest service and hospitality excellence
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards
  • Ability to lead by example and work effectively within a team
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to perform well in a fast‑paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
