Job Responsibilities
- Support the service team during daily operations
- Ensure smooth and efficient dining service for all guests
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
- Handle guest feedback, special requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of the restaurant before, during, and after service
- Ensure proper table settings, menu knowledge, and service flow
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Excellent grooming and professional appearance
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
