DESCRIPTION:
Lead a team of manufacturing professionals in a quality-focused environment. Promote operational excellence while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in the production of scientific instruments and solutions. Support continuous improvement initiatives and cultivate a culture of innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals while developing team members capabilities. Oversee daily operations including resource planning, schedule execution, and performance management to deliver products that enable our customers to make positive global impact.
Provide leadership to team members. Coach, mentor and develop Microarray Operators to achieve a high performing team that delivers consistently high-quality products and services in a safe, resources-efficient and cost-effective manner.
