Duties/Responsibilities:
. Lead and provide support to students via email, phone, Microsoft Teams, and facetoface consultations.
. Advise students on academic procedures, policies, and general enquiries.
. Process student requests accurately and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
. Maintain and update student records in internal systems.
. Ensure administrative processes meet audit and regulatory requirements.
. Conduct regular class visits to engage students, reinforce academic regulations, and gather feedback.
. Organise and facilitate orientation programmes for new students involving programme managers.
. Prepare a weekly report on class visits.
. Coordinate graduation ceremonies and school events across MDIS schools and partner universities.
. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
. Support the Dean in daily operations and supervision of the Student Services team.
. Guide and support junior staff to promote teamwork and service excellence.
Required Skills/Abilities:
. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
. Mature, responsible, and proactive attitude
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
. Proficient in administrative tasks and IT skills
. Ability to think analytically, operate efficiently and communicate effectively
Education and Experience:
. Minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in education or service-oriented industry
. Relevant experience in education settings
