1. Minimum 5 Years of IT service desk experience with at least 3 Years experience as a team lead that leads approximately 10-15 engineers
2. Min. qualification - Diploma in computer science, IT or related field
3. Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, corporate network and common hardware/software troubleshooting for Windows laptops.
4. Expertise in macOS, iOS device management and troubleshooting.
5. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and service, as well as Microsoft Azure.
6. Experience with endpoint protection solutions such as web proxy, remote browser isolation and endpoint detection & response solutions
7. Familiarity with meeting room video conferencing and AV solutions and troubleshooting.
8. Proficiency in using ESM tools such as ServiceNow
