About the Role

As the Relationship Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the growth of our Wealth Management presence in Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will blend strategic business development with hands-on leadership, build up a team of RMs to deliver bespoke financial solutions to High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals while ensuring the highest standards of regulatory excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Growth: Define and execute the Singapore market entry/expansion strategy. Set ambitious AUM (Assets Under Management) and revenue targets, driving the team to exceed performance metrics through proactive client acquisition.
  • Team Development: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of the RM team, including headhunting top talent, designing incentive structures, and fostering a high-performance culture of continuous learning.
  • Advisory Excellence: Oversee the delivery of sophisticated asset allocation strategies. Guide the team in navigating complex instruments, including Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Structured Products, and Derivatives, ensuring solutions align with client risk profiles.
  • Risk & Compliance: Serve as the first line of defense for compliance. Ensure all activities strictly adhere to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) guidelines, FAA (Financial Advisers Act), and internal AML/KYC protocols.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of macroeconomic trends and the evolving Singapore regulatory landscape to pivot business strategies and provide timely insights to both the team and clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field.
  • Minimum 810 years in Wealth Management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role within a Securities Brokerage, Digital Investment Platform, Private Bank,EAM (External Asset Manager) or other relevant institutions.
  • Proven track record in the Singapore or the SEA region with a strong, transferable book of HNW/UHNW clients.
  • Deep familiarity with Singapore's financial regulatory framework (MAS). Candidates must possess or be eligible for relevant CMFAS certifications (e.g., M1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A).
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to effectively manage regional stakeholders and a diverse client base.
  • Preference for CFA, CFP, or CAIA charter holders.
  • Great interpersonal skills, resilient under market volatility, and a reputation for uncompromising integrity.
