Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure architecture across corporate IT, 5G network, systems, and cloud environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Manage network, systems, virtualization, storage, and Microsoft 365 environments (including hybrid identity).
Oversee infrastructure operations, monitoring, and performance optimisation, including tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, PRTG, and Nagios.
Drive incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure adherence to ITSM processes.
Implement security best practices, including segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, and NAC, as well as system hardening, vulnerability management, patching, and compliance requirements.
Manage PAM/SIEM onboarding, operational governance, and infrastructure lifecycle documentation
Lead and develop a high-performing infrastructure and end-user computing team, including L1/L2 support
Manage team performance, workload allocation, coaching, and talent development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT infrastructure with business needs and service expectations.
Deliver infrastructure projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
Manage vendors, contracts, and SLA performance.
Support technology evaluation, roadmap planning, and RFP/tender activities.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 10-12 years of IT infrastructure experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership role.
