Job Description

  • Lead the Brand Management team in driving top-line business growth and ecommerce performance for key brand and seller partners in Singapore.
  • Develop and execute data-driven ecommerce growth strategies aligned with client commercial objectives and market opportunities.
  • Ensure achievement of brand and store KPIs through effective account management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
  • Analyse sales performance, category trends, and marketplace insights to identify growth opportunities and recommend sustainable ecommerce strategies.
  • Drive sales growth through stock availability management, pricing competitiveness, assortment optimization, innovative promotional campaigns, and effective merchandising strategies.
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams to introduce value-added ecommerce solutions, optimize commercial agreements, and improve client profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leading brands, sellers, and ecommerce platforms including Shopee and Lazada.
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, analytics, and commercial functions to ensure smooth execution of ecommerce initiatives.
  • Develop cross-functional strategies to enhance seller business growth, operational efficiency, and marketplace performance.
  • Manage pricing strategies, product assortment, and inventory planning to maximize revenue and customer experience.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis to evaluate the impact of strategic decisions and implement growth initiatives.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Key Account Managers and team members to build a high-performing and collaborative team culture.
  • Support regional and local ecommerce initiatives to strengthen market presence and accelerate business expansion across Southeast Asia.
