Team Lead (C++ )

Technical Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with strong Modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20) expertise.
• Strong experience in Market Data and/or Order/Execution Management Systems.
• Expertise in multithreading, concurrency, and low-latency, high-performance system design.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol, exchange connectivity, and market data feeds.
• Familiarity with messaging middleware, Linux, performance tuning tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

Leadership Experience:

• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience managing teams of 5–10+ members.
• Proven delivery of complex, mission-critical systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and sprint delivery.
• Preferred: Background in capital markets, investment banking, or fintech.
• Knowledge of the trading lifecycle, market data, and trading system regulations is an advantage.
