About the Role
This is a leadership-track role for experienced Project Managers who want to step up, lead projects independently, and grow into a team leadership position. You will manage interior fit-out and construction projects end-to-end, work closely with clients and site teams, and play a key role in guiding junior staff.
Candidates with strong project delivery experience and the ambition to grow, lead, and shape project outcomes are strongly encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage interior renovation and construction projects from start to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Lead site and client coordination, including chairing weekly project meetings.
- Manage and review project documentation such as project schedules, progress reports, PTW, and O&M manuals.
- Oversee tender preparation, quotation reviews, cost control, and contract documentation.
- Work closely with QS, contractors, sub-vendors, and internal teams.
- Mentor and supervise junior project team members.
- Manage site issues, risks, variations, and project handover.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Project Management or Construction Management (mandatory).
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in interior renovation or construction projects candidates with 8 years of experience and above and strong leadership exposure will be considered for an Associate Director role.
- Proven experience in managing projects, site coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Project Managers with the ambition to grow into a leadership role and lead a team are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
- Relevant safety certifications will be an advantage.
